WhatsApp Stop Working On Apple iPhone:
A report by WABetaInfo says WhatsApp will soon end support for older iOS versions and the iPhone 5s, 6, and 6 Plus.
Also, the decision is part of the platform’s ongoing development. It aims to meet users’ needs by adapting to new technology.
The WABetaInfo blog says the messaging app will stop supporting pre-iOS 15.1 versions on May 5, 2025.
The app now supports iOS 12 and later devices.
But, to be able to use the application after this update, users will need iOS 15.1 or later versions only. iPhone 5s, 6, and 6 Plus users can update only to iOS 12.5.7. They will be unable to use WhatsApp after the stated date.

Reasons For The Support Termination:

This has pressured WhatsApp to focus on devices with advanced operating systems.
WhatsApp says that 1.14% of users run an iOS version. This lets the platform focus on improving the app for most users.
